Performance (March 2018):

In March, did not meet the Target; the actual being 4.26 – a 0.71 increase compared to that in the previous month.

Corrective Actions:

  1. Increase the number of safety coaching sessions with operators and supervisory staff
  2. Conduct operator evaluations for those invlolved in preventable collisions
  3. Conduct Route Hazard Analysis for the top three routes with the highest numbers of collisions
  4. Share Supervisor Reports on preventable collisions
